Lawyer specialized in Government from the University of Los Andes. With ten years of experience, he began his career as an adviser to the United Nations Security Council. He worked in private banking as a senior analyst for Merrill Lynch – Bank of America. He was director of the Fundación Buen Gobierno where he led various projects in conjunction with the public and private sectors. In addition, he is a consultant to K2 Intelligence, a company that is a leading firm in the cyber defense, compliance and investigation services industry. He has a master’s degree in public administration and international relations from Columbia University in New York.
